Our Mozzarella – Gouda sticks have a thicker cut than regular grated cheese, providing excellent melting properties, perfect for higher temperatures. These sticks ensure even distribution, prevent clumping, and melt more slowly. Additionally, the Mozzarella -Gouda sticks add a rich, savoury kick to any of your dishes.
